Packing and Shipping your Return

The item must be returned in the same package with no damage. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you need help returning the product please call us.  Any damage done to the product by the user will be deducted from the return. 

Please note, once a product has shipped it is considered a complete sale, if you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has shipped you will be charged the shipping, after you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping. Some products may be subject to an additional 25% restocking fee.

The order number and date ordered may be pre-filled in below.  This is our record of your last transaction.  If it is incorrect or you are referring to a previous order, feel free to remove the order number and date.

Parts returned without prior authorization (via the issuance of an RA #). The RA # must be prominently displayed on the exterior of the return shipping container/box. Returns received without an RA # on the outside of the box will not be credited nor returned.

- Parts returned that were not listed on the original return authorization request will not be refunded.
- Parts not purchased from this website or our family of websites will not be refunded.
- No returns after 30 days of receipt
- Credit will be issued within 14 working days after arrival and inspection
- Freight charges. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured at the customer's expense. Autohaus will not accept COD returns nor will it be responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.

We reserve the right to delay issuance of credit pending manufacturer's inspection and approval of credit for the part(s) returned.
